I sent off to the CO Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE), see https://cdphe.colorado.gov/laboratory-se...-state-lab. I ordered and received supplies for the "General Colorado Package" (although there are many more tests to choose from.) When testing with the state, homeowners take the samples themselves. I haven't done this yet, but instead of mailing back the samples, we can take them to the Boulder County Health Dept. at Iris and Broadway... have to call the day before, though, to make sure they will have a courier deliver the samples ASAP to the lab in Denver.
