UPDATE: Lou has yet to be found, but thanks for everyone who has been searching and are looking today.
He was spotted last night at 8pm headed down 12th towards mesa intersection. Something to keep in mind is he has his red leash on still, when he was spotted. Please keep a look out on any fences or places his leash may have become caught on. Please reach out to Burt myself 740 six30 eight369 or C 713 four16 1five25.
He rarely barks but does squeak and whine, more often than not, so keep an ear out.
He is very friendly, but DEAF, so if you come across him try your hardest to make yourself visible and flag him down and snatch him up. Thanks everyone for the help.

We are keeping an eye out for him on the top of 12th, checking cameras as well.
