Phone Service Down?

YAY SNOW! BOO CENTURY LINK! 

Is your century link landline down? This happens to me every time there is a power glitch and no one at century link online chat is helpful. Ever. 

From what I've experienced in the past, we need a technician to come to the main box at the entrance-ish of the bar-k and reset it. 

If your landline is down too, please go online and put in a repair ticket. You can start here. The more of us that do it, the faster they will come up here and resolve it, even if your repair ticket is for later in the week.

I followed your link and chatted with someone at CenturyLink who says they are aware of the power outage up here and they have a service person working the area to get the phones back online.

Unfortunately still no service over here on Rock Lake Road

Same here. CL's chat function is pretty useless, unfortunately. When this has happened in the past, it's taken a couple of days. If more people continue to put in repair requests, they'll come up sooner.

Our CenturyLink has been out since the snowstorm and I’m getting an estimated repair of 05/26 by 10 pm ☹️

I just tried calling and I couldn't get an actual person but the robot said

"We are aware of the outage in your area and we are working on it as quickly as possible. That's all the information available at this time. This message is updated hourly with the most current information"
