I second Courtney Jaroch for massage, she is truly amazing for re-aligning things.  Jessica Thompson at Cafe of Life in Longmont ( https://longmontchiropractorsmassage.com/  )is a great chiropractor and a kind human being with arms of steal.  Don't underestimate her because she is a woman- she is better than any of the male chiro's I've been to.
