Finally made progress with the PUC for all of those with a CL landline. I'll keep you posted if I hear more:
From the PUC:
Good news. Funding has been approved for the replacement batteries and the equipment has been ordered. We are currently waiting for a ship date from the manufacturer. As soon as I received more information, I will pass it along.
