Wolves!

Starting December 8, Colorado will be reintroducing wolves. Some will be released in Grand (just on the other side of the divide which isn't hard to cross in the summer). There's a brochure telling us what to do/not to do if we meet one.

I’m all for it but it’s still totally crazy. Anyone out there know what impact this has to campers and how we should behave if there is an encounter?

The last unprovoked, unfed wolf kill in North America has been traced back to 1922. You're much more likely to die of a bee sting (60 deaths a year in the US).
