That looks like OUR BLACK Juvenile/Knucklehead that has been marauding around our neighborhoods 
in The K and JT!

He doesn't look so good to me?  Looks thin and stressed.  Maybe not recovered from hibernation.

Let's teach him how to be a GOOD BEAR and get OUTA TOWN! AND SURVIVE!

Nice captures, Sal!

It appears that he's been playing in the water.  And he might be stressed.  A garbage bear could have plastics creating digestive track blockage.  I've seen it in a necropsy.

Least the thing could've done was bring me a newspaper....
Is it smart to assume it's a "He" bear.... 
I know they have different shapes, bigger hindquarters,for females different nose for males. Paw size.
I think guessing male would be reasonable
