Fire Crews Responding to Fire West of NCAR 7/12/24 12:26 p.m.

Boulder County Fire Crews are responding to the Dinosaur Fire near the Mallory Cave Trail, located west of NCAR at the 2nd switchback. Three air assets are en route, and the fire is slow-moving at this time. Important Reminder: Please do not call 911 unless you have an emergency. Crews are already aware of the fire and are actively working on it.

As of 2:30 p.m., the fire is estimated at 3.5 acres and remains slow moving. Over 75 firefighters are on scene. Two helicopters are actively dropping water on the fire. Stay safe and informed by checking BoulderODM.gov for maps and updates. For more information, including maps, please visit: www.boulderodm.gov
