Wind Up Birds
Mo Dow, who is a founding member of Wind Up Birds, has spent a big chunk of his life up here on the Bar K, and for many years of his childhood he had breakfast at the Merc pretty much every Sunday. So even though he lives in Seattle, he has long held the intention of bringing the band to Colorado and playing at the Merc. Wind up Birds is finishing up a tour of the Pacific Northwest, and they’ll be heading this way in a few days. They’ll be at the Merc Thursday, August 8, from 7:00-9:00, and he and the band would be delighted to see you there.
