I hope you are all well! My name is Claire, I lived up on 15th street for a little while and I'm looking to come back to JT. I work from home, I'm very familiar with mountain winters, I'm clean, and I have a friendly 30lb dog named Becky who is well-behaved and has lived in rentals with me before! I'm ideally looking for my own place (in-law suite, etc.) but would be open to a roommate situation as well - around $1500 max a month ideally.
