My phone is out. Is anyone else experiencing an outage, here in Bar-K?

Hi Rick -
Our landline is working here over on Jed Smith Rd.
We’ve had mention issues in the past.
One thing that worked once (without getting CenturyLink involved) was to completely unplug the phone jack from the wall, then plug it back in.
Most times, though, I’ve had to convince CenturyLink that there was an issue and a tech needed to come out. The tech was great, unlike the company itself.

Thanks, for the reply, BrookeC. Yeah, they asked me to do the same unplug/plug. The frustrating thing is trying to get them to understand the days they offer we can't do, and they keep texting and emailing confirming wrong dates. Issue of text not communicating with email, and vice versa. Well, I am ready to drop them. Thanks, again!!
