Call for foster homes for labs

Some friends of mine have fostered dogs from this Labrador rescue in Golden and they put out a call after they heard that some of the fosters had fallen through recently. I don't have a fenced yard, and I'm not ready yet, so I won't be doing it at this time, but here is the website for Safe Harbor Lab Rescue. My friends have fostered and adopted several dogs through them and they say it's a good organization that works hard to find good homes for the dogs. Maybe you could help? Please pass the information along if you know anybody who might be willing to foster or adopt a lab.

I would foster labs Nancy, but as you can see, neighbors are up in arms about my dogs barking, so I'll need to deal with that first.
Do you happen to know if fostering provides dog food? or funds for dog food?
I've been getting about half my dogs food from the pantry and this week, there was no meat by the time I went through the line, not even a turkey. With the price of dog food (and it keeps going up) , I could not afford to foster dogs unless some food was provided.
Perhaps I'll take up hunting eventually , but I'd rather not if I don't' have to .
