I just heard from a local that the wind is wreaking havoc in the canyon.
There were branches, and a tree on the side of the road, and a large boulder just fell from high up right into the road in front of a car. No one hurt. And, that parked pop-up camper has been blown upside down.
Keep your eyes and ears open!
