Got this one today...
Scam tries to get you to call the number and if you do they will try to trick you into remote control of your computer then stealing your passwords and bank info. Don't fall for the scam.... delete the email and never ever call anyone with regards to a phony bill, or some warning about you being compromised in any way delete delete delete.
While, this one looks pretty fake and easy to spot there are others that are pretty darn convincing so beware.
