Beware of bad driver

Dark blue Xterra raced past multiple vehicles in the canyon below JT Tuesday around 5:30, crossing double yellow all the way.  Proceeded on uphill from town.
Watch out for of this nut.

Thank you for posting this Eric!  Yes, this is my vehicle being passed in the photo and it is actually a Hummer I believe with license plate 444CHRLIE or something like that. This vehicle passes me on the double yellow and at blind curves nearly three times a week (at least, depending on what time I'm heading up hill) unless I have a safe place to pullover.  Never a blinker but instead he/she flashes bright headlights to "let me know" they're passing.  It happens so frequently that I have stubbornly refused to pull over lately because I am doing the speed limit (or a little above).  It is absurd.  They do 45-50 in the canyon yet somehow slow down through town until they gun it to go over the speed bump and continue speeding up hill.

We seem to have the same commute time for the last few months....

I apologize for my frustrated driving. I never intend on causing harm, or to make anyone feel unsafe. We all have to drive the same roads and I will correct my behavior.

I never try to escelate scenarios further than passing, and always pull over when someone with a faster flow pulls up behnd me, which is often.
