Come gather this Wednesday for Merc Poetry Night. Every once in a great while, Open Mic becomes Poetry Open Mic. Hosted by Karen Auvenin, past long time Jamestown resident and author of “Rough Beauty”, it is always a fun gathering of poets and poetry appreciators. Bring a poem, write a poem, or bring a favorite poem by somebody else and read it. Karen will bring poetry books to share and peruse. As with every Wednesday, Burgers and drinks will be a flowin.
