Winter Mountain Lion Workshop
This is a deep dive workshop for those who want to learn how mountain lions hunt and navigate across the landscape. You’ll learn where, when and how to look for mountain lions and mountain lion activity. Although elusive, mountain lions are one of the most predictable mammals in Colorado. You’ll learn why.
We will be checking and setting up several cameras for mountain lions on this adventure. This workshop includes a full day hike of seven miles roundtrip. It is a hike of moderate difficulty. There will be a few off trail segments as well.
There will be a one hour webinar the night before the hike to discuss the hunting and navigation routes of mountain lions in the area. This will be a zoom conference call. Participants will be sent a link.
Cost: $200 per person
