highly agitated unleashed dogs on West Mesa

If you have little children or small doggos I would avoid West Mesa by Sandra's & Arron/Christy's.
It is an Orange Lab mix & a black smalll medium size dog. the orange one had its hair raised, lips were curled & snapped at me as it ran up to me. 
If they are your dogs, they are on the loose.
