"THE SEA WOLF" is one of my favorites. Aside from the fact it is a rip snorting tale, it is an interesting dialectic concerning London's interpretation of Social Darwinism, and what I consider a somewhat misinterpreted reading of Nietzche, and a more utopian or Romantic worldview. Nevertheless it's a pretty dang good read. It's pretty easy to see upon examination of London's biographical provenence why he would present the story the way he does. SvH
